Gasgoo Munich- NIO announced on August 6 that its NIO Power network added three new sites that day — comprising two battery swap stations and one supercharging hub.

According to the company, the newly launched sites include a NIO swap station in Shanghai (No. 3,998), another in Zhuhai (No. 3,999), and a NIO supercharging station in Anshun (No. 3,322).
As of August 6, NIO has constructed 9,156 EV charging and battery swapping stations across China. That tally includes 3,999 battery swap stations, 5,157 charging stations, and 29,789 charging piles. The company noted it has completed over 110 million battery swaps for users to date.
Separately, NIO announced that Yao Ming, the Chief Experience Officer for its ES9 model, has officially taken delivery of the vehicle, becoming its latest owner.
