Gasgoo Munich- YIJIAHE Technology Co., Ltd. and Huawei Cloud unveiled the next-generation Z200Pro, a live-line working robot for power distribution networks, at the Huawei Connect 2026 embodied intelligence sub-forum on September 18. Co-developed from initial definition through R&D to commercial launch, the robot pushes live-line operations into the era of embodied intelligence — equipping it to autonomously perceive and make dynamic decisions in complex, unpredictable environments.

On the tech side, Huawei Cloud supplies its CloudRobo embodied intelligence development platform and AI computing power, while YIJIAHE brings deep power-sector expertise. Their joint hardware-software design gives the Z200Pro the ability to autonomously locate connection points and plot its own motion trajectories. The robot also scales up commercial applications for line disconnections and reconnections, double-wire clamping, and branch trimming.
The workflow gets a full overhaul through agent-dispatched tasks, full-network online monitoring, remote collaboration, and data-feedback loops with reinforcement learning. Test data shows the robot completes tasks in under 30 minutes — a 30% efficiency gain — while cutting operational steps by 20%. Going forward, the two partners will lean on their combined sales and service networks to push into the market.
YIJIAHE has been developing live-line robots since 2018, rolling out the original Z100 in 2019 and the Z200 in 2023. Earlier models are now deployed at scale across 19 Chinese provinces and municipalities. Over six years, they have completed more than 80,000 tasks — keeping workers away from live conductors and sparing them from high-altitude work.
Looking ahead, YIJIAHE and Huawei Cloud plan to build embodied-intelligence solutions for cloud-edge-device collaborative inspection and maintenance across the entire power supply chain — from generation and transmission to substation and distribution. By orchestrating multi-robot teams to act in concert, the system aims for full-coverage, autonomous incident response — easing the burden on grid engineers and boosting operational safety.
