Gasgoo Munich- A new NIO battery swap station officially came online on September 20, Gasgoo has learned. Located in Xinjiang’s Bortala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture, the station sits at the Jinghe Service Area along the G30 Lianhuo Expressway.

The Jinghe station marks a key node along NIO’s Silk Road battery-swap corridor. Spanning 3,605 km and dotted with 33 swap stations, the route is now on the verge of full completion.
Once fully connected, the corridor will let NIO owners depart from any swap station nationwide and reach every provincial-level region in mainland China relying solely on battery swaps.
The Jinghe Service Area sits at the northern foot of the Tianshan Mountains—a historic hub on the new northern route of the ancient Silk Road. Continuing west along the G30 Lianhuo Expressway from here leads to Sayram Lake. The station's opening further solidifies NIO's energy-replenishment network across the northwest.
