On November 5, 2026, Geely‘s Zeekr brand officially opened pre-sales for the 2027 Zeekr 7X. The new model lineup includes three versions: the RWD Max, RWD Max+, and AWD Ultra, with a starting pre-sale price of 229,800 yuan (34,300 USD). The car, which was first teased for China in early September, was sent to dealers earlier this week.
The 2027 Zeekr 7X introduces seven upgrades in safety, comfort, electric powertrain performance, intelligence, interior refinement, and exterior aesthetics. Key additions include a standard tyre blowout safety stabilisation system, front-row “Cloud-Sense” zero-gravity seats, and a new 85 kWh Energee “Golden Brick” LFP battery.
The entire lineup now features a 900V electric motor, electronic control, and thermal management system. Furthermore, the vehicle debuts the G-ASD G-Pilot 4.1 system, an upgraded AI cockpit, standard RNC active noise cancellation, and a CCD electromagnetic damping system.
Design and interior The 2027 model adds two new exterior colours, “Dawn Gold” and “Cloud Amber Red,” bringing the total colour options to eight. Inside, the cabin features a wrap-around layout with 15 detailed upgrades, including a new “Brown Rice” interior theme. The seats are upholstered in premium NAPPA full-grain leather, complemented by an upgraded steering wheel, door panels, and a suede-covered headliner.
Comfort and space The vehicle is designed with an 863mm short front overhang, achieving an 83.34% interior space efficiency and 1,021 mm of headroom in the second row. The front seats offer 12-point massage, eight modes, and three intensity levels.
The rear “Cloud-Comfort” seats feature a 134° backrest adjustment, a 215 mm maximum sliding range, graphene heating, and pneumatic massage functions. The vehicle incorporates 125 sound-dampening measures, including RNC active noise cancellation and double-layered acoustic glass.
Intelligence and safety Equipped with 31 sensing hardware components, including a LiDAR, the 2027 Zeekr 7X utilises the G-ASD G-Pilot 4.1 system to provide 360-degree environmental perception. The G-Pilot H7 system supports advanced features such as NZP (Navigation Zeekr Pilot), D2D (Door-to-Door) navigation, and mapless parking lot roaming.
Safety is bolstered by a 2,000 MPa high-strength steel body and the standard tyre blowout stabilisation system, which can maintain control during a blowout at 240 km/h.
Performance and powertrain The 2027 Zeekr 7X features a full-stack 900V architecture. The new 85 kWh battery supports a 5.5C charging rate, allowing a 10% to 80% charge in 10.5 minutes.
Note: The RWD Max+ version offers an optional 103kWh battery, extending the CLTC range to 802 km (~650 km WLTP). The 103 kWh versions are equipped with CATL’s Qilin ternary lithium battery; all other battery capacities (75 kWh and 85 kWh) use Geely’s LFP batteries.
